At Aconsa our analysis of cosmetic products focuses intently on microbiological criteria, since the very nature of these products makes them prone to contamination by pathogens such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Escherichia coli, all of which can cause infectious diseases. We work with manufacturers and importers of cosmetics whose operations require performing the controls set out in Regulation (EC) 1223/2009, as well as the different ISO standards, yet do not have their own laboratory.
